DIGITAL
The pandemic made us realise we need to offer more digital based services as face to face contact was put on hold so we have developed digital based groups to bring people together and learn new skills based around digital.

impact
Hear from the people we have supported.
CACE is my favourite charity, it helps 100's of people in the Cumbernauld area (not just the elderly). Normally they run day centres, group meetings for - crafts, football, a men's shed, Sheila's shed for women and day trips at a small cost.
In the pandemic they phone every one of their members every week, collect prescriptions, deliver donated groceries for the less mobile, deliver donations collected for babies/children by the local supermarkets and churches. They are amazing people, so kind and caring - they have been my life line

Service user

I fundraised for CACE by climbing Ben Nevis with friends. I learned about CACE through my friend who is employed with CACE and thought the work they do for the community is excellent so we decided to try and raise £1000 to keep one of the groups going. In the end we raised over £1000.

We had a lot of fun doing the climb and to be able to do it to raise so much money for a great cause made it even better.
