GROUPS
Our Groups aim to improve each individuals’ confidence, skills, wellbeing and social interactions.
ACTIVITIES
At CACE we offer a huge selection of activities, which help to stimulate mental and physical health, and promotes community and socialisation. We have an two ‘Activity Suites’ used by our Service Users and we also offer home based activities.
OUTINGS
CACE provide Community Transport services; enabling access for the socially isolated and providing trips out.
DIGITAL
CACE will be growing their online groups and activities. We aim to start small and take it at the pace of individuals. No experts here, we are all learning together. We have run a group called Digital Heroes which is a group helping older people learn how to use Tablets and other digital devices.
BEFRIENDING
Befriending provides companionship for isolated people, the chance to start a new friendship and opportunities to participate in social activities. We run a face to face befriending service.
